Our Mission

IPAAL INC is formed for the charitable purpose of providing a range of musical instruments to underprivileged children ages 5 through 20 years, along with a laptop computer and a 1-year subscription to a musical instrument learning institute for the musical instrument of their choice.

Our Vision

IPAAL INC'S Vision is to provide musical learning assistance to one hundred underprivileged children within it's first three years of operation.
